What to expect on the trail

Expect steep, sometimes muddy paths, humid air and plenty of pauses to watch wildlife. Your guide sets a comfortable pace, points out species and signs you'd never notice alone, and handles camp, meals and safety on overnight trips.

• Swimwear, a towel and a small dry bag
